All Orders are shipped Priority USPS Mail. Delivery usually takes 1-3 days, but is not guaranteed by USPS.
K2 Herb Store does not require a signature for shipped orders (If you would like to have a signature required, please specify in the comments section on your order). K2 Herb Store is not responsible for orders after they have been delivered to the shipping address.
We do not ship to everywhere in the United States and world. If any orders are placed from an area we do not serve we have to refund the charged credit card. We do not take responsibility for any loss or damage that occurs once items have been shipped
Returns
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee of all orders from K2HerbStore.com. If you would like to return your order for any reason just follow these steps. All returns must be shipped with an approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. RMA numbers can be obtained by emailing support@K2herbstore.com. The RMA email must include: your order number, reason(s) for requesting a return, and stating whether the package has been open. Returns shipped with out an RMA number will be denied refund. We do not accept returns on clearly used products.
Customer is responsible for return shipping upon RMA approval. If the order was originally shipped using USPS Express or UPS overnight the customer is responsible for original shipping and return shipping. A $5.00 restocking fee will be applied on all retail orders. A refund will be issued within 10 business days of package arrival. K2 Herb Store can not be held responsible for lost or damaged orders upon return shipping.
