All Orders are shipped Priority USPS Mail. Delivery usually takes 2-5 days, but is not guaranteed by USPS.

K2 Herb Store does not require a signature for shipped orders (If you would like to have a signature required, please specify in the comments section on your order). K2 Herb Store is not responsible for orders after they have been delivered to the shipping address.

We do not ship to everywhere in the United States and world. If any orders are placed from an area we do not serve we have to refund the charged credit card. We do not take responsibility for any loss or damage that occurs once items have been shipped

Returns

We do not offer any refunds on our products but if you are unhappy for some reason we can replace your unopened products with other products of similiar price. Just email PlanteEnterprises1@gmail.com with any concerns.
